Obviously, this email letter just spells S-C-A-M. Almost everyone has a Nokia phone or at least had one. This email sender is smart in thinking of that. However, look at the email and it does not come from an official Nokia email.
This email is just trying to scam you and this considers as phishing for your details and they will use this against you to possibly steal your identity (at least online) and more.
This particular type of scam lures you into responding to the sender with your details. This letter is not safe and this is a scam. They will trick you into sending in your details and they will use this against you.
